"Wonderful"
This is a really good hotel in its own haven close to the airport. The hotel is large with many facilities (restaurants , shops, bank) and the lobby is charming and spacious, as is the pool area. Our room was lovely, well equipped and comfortable, especially the KS bed. Our room (city view) was very quiet.

Its an airport hotelthe outdoors are great, great swimming pool , great gardens, nice restaurants. The rooms however are quite old as well as the bathrooms there are mosquitos everywhere and the price of the restaurants is quite high. Employees request for a tip every 10 seconds even if they do nothing . Its a little bit oppressive

Amazing cozy hotel, very clean and enjoyable swimming pool, nice and cool music with professional and perfect hospitality. Recreational team and Staff were awesome. Mohamed Manga, Ashraf, Ahmed and Menna (at the pool) are wonderful people.

1) The location. If you like to explore the Old Cairo, this is the best place to stay. 2) The wifi internet was stable as per Egyptian standards. 3) The staff was always available for assistance. 4) The airport pickup and drop service really made the difference.

Nice and big hotel you have everything you need even a bank so you can exchange. There is a pool but not big. There are some shows in the evening. Breakfast was enough but may be too expensive for the variety they offer.

The staff were amazing and very helpful Specially Mohamed the pool bar manager, Ashraf Ghali from the health club team, Oseem from the front desk, Essam Shalaby F&B team and events team, Hossam and Dina and from the Cafe Jardain team and Mohamed Abdelzaher and Mohamed Nabawi from the house keeping team
